Well, it’s time to start planning for the holiday next year. I’ve booked an apartment for 10 days at the start of the season and need to find something to do whilst I am there.
I am going back to the same location that I went to earlier this year, Playa Vera, on the Almeria coast in Spain. I’ll let you decide wether you would want to go there when you go and google the location. I enjoy the freedom of the village and the nice food that is available.
The current plan is to fly into either Almeria or Alicante. Almeria is closer; Alicante has more flights. I think the main thing that will decide it for me is the price and time of the flights.
The last time I was here, I did a couple of trips to Aguilas, primarily to pick up a hard drive for all the pictures and video I was taking, but to also have a look around the area in the car. I also took a couple of trips to Mojacar and Garrucha to eat some food and walk along the front.
I could potentially head up to the mountains and have a look around there, but as I get closer to the date, I’ll make more effort to do to better research for the 10 days I am there.
